Accidents

If you've been involved in an accident that has resulted in some form of visual injury, it makes sense to have a record of the wound at the earliest possible time and folllow it up as the injury heals. This way you have evidence of the progress of the injury together with the likely pain and suffering and ultimately the final scar tissue.

Assaults

Following an assault the police will often arrange for photographs to be taken as part of their investigation, however scene of crimes officers are busy people and not always available. As a registered medical photographer Mike Samuels can take appropriate images and present them in evidential form for use in court.

Mike Samuels is fully qualified to take and record any injuries and provide accreditation for court.

Non Accidental Injuries (NAI)

Sadly, from time to time children or vulnerable adults are abused, neglected or mistreated. Recording evidence of this can require extreme sensitivity and accuracy. Mike Samuels has many years experience of dealing with this type of case and can provide a service to Social Services, Child Protection Unit or Police if required.

He has enhanced CRB clearance for dealing with children and vulnerable adults.
